This course is designed to:

(1) Meet TN state requirements that all teachers participate in WIDA Standards training AND (2) Provide your team the tools they need to serve multilingual learners this year. Unlike other DLC courses, school based coordinators will register for this course on behalf of their team.

The DLC's Flipped PD Approach

Not just another PD session.

We take an alternative, flipped PD approach to professional learning that engages teachers in both self-directed and collaborative methods. Through registering for any of the offerings below, you’ll have access to both the asynchronous Part 1 and the synchronous Part 2 experiences.

Part 1: A self-directed dive into the content of the course. Log in on your own time and learn at your own pace. Register on this page for access to part one.

Part 2: A collaborative workshop where we apply concepts to a case study and answer your questions. Scheduled in advance, giving you plenty of time to complete part one. Email [email protected] to schedule your school-wide workshop.
